Refund policy

Softcover Book

We have a 14-day return policy for physical books ordered from our website. If you ordered the book through Amazon then Amazon's return policies apply and you may request a refund through Amazon. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need your order number for proof of purchase.

Digital PDF Book

Refund requests made after you have downloaded the book are handled on a case by case basis. Refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Mail-subscription

If you wish to cancel your mail subscription, a refund will be issued for the proportion of letters not yet received. For instance, if you wish to cancel after receiving the first 10 letters, then a refund of 10/20 = 50% of the purchase price will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued after all 20 letters have been received. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
